Mare Nostrum is a Mediterranean gourmet foods brand by Tuna Project, operated by Tuna Project Global Trade Inc. in İzmir, Türkiye. We curate five categories: Inbrined Products, Olives & Olive Oils, Seafood Specialities, Sauces & Antipasti, and Remedies.

Our products are sourced from across Türkiye — Aegean olives and capers, Aegean seafood, and wild botanicals from the Anatolian mountains. Every product is crafted using traditional methods to preserve its natural flavour and nutritional value.

We maintain a clean-label philosophy — minimal additives, natural ingredients. Our production follows HACCP and ISO 22000 food safety management systems, ensuring every batch meets the highest quality standards.
